Orders are processed Monday‑Friday within our business hours (9 AM‑5 PM Pacific Time). Processing time: 1‑3 business days before dispatching. Orders placed on weekend or public holidays will start processing on next business working day.

Once dispatched you will receive tracking number via registered order email.

We primarily ship within United States. For international shipping inquiries please email support before placing your order to confirm feasibility, import duties and customs information. Customer is responsible for any import tax, customs clearance fees for international shipments.

Risk of loss and title for ordered skincare items transfers over to you once carrier picks up parcel from our fulfillment location.

Matidata is not liable for delays caused by carrier service, weather events, customs hold‑ups or address errors provided by customer. Please double‑check your shipping address before completing checkout. If parcel returns to sender due to wrong address, customer bears reshipping cost.
